The American Heart Association requires that all cards be issued to students who have successfully completed their training within 20 days of course completion. 

In order to ensure timely and efficient handling of your rosters, it is imperative you upload the full and complete documentation for your courses with your roster. If you fail to upload the required documentation, it will add to the processing time.

RC Health Services strives to issue cards for fully documented and paid for rosters within 2 business days.
