Continuing Education and AHA Courses

Does the AHA offer CE/CME/CEU for a course I took at an RC Health Services facility? The answer is a strong maybe. The AHA offers CE/CME/CEU for some course offerings and not others. Note: you will need to claim these directly from the AHA. RC Health Services cannot help you with CE directly from the AHA. You can click here to view what counts and what doesn't.

RC Health Services, in coordination with Prairie Education and Research Cooperative, is providing CME/CEU for in-house American Heart Association courses. Some state licensing boards have additional regulations concerning basic level AHA Courses and these hours may not apply. Though we try to only offer hours that are applicable in your state, it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that a course is accepted in their state.

This essentially means that we do offer additional CE/CME/CEU opportunities through an independent accreditation! Options are available by discipline on our registration pages.
