Where's my ecard?

Where's my ecard?

Where's my ecard?

Our policy is to issue ecards immediately after one of our students successfully completes an AHA course. The AHA exclusively deals in ecards now, so they will be emailed to you after your instructor has processed your course documentation.

Please note: if you took the course through one of our affiliates and not at one of our locations, please contact them directly first.

So what do you do if you haven't received your card a few hours after your course?

Step 1: Check your Spam Folder
Your ecards are sent directly from the American Heart Association (ecards@heart.org). The number one issue with students not receiving their ecards right away is because it went to spam.

Step 2: Contact Us
You can contact us by clicking here and we will work to solve your issue ASAP!

If you have any questions, please click here to contact us. Thank you!
